Modules
The activities of the MArch programmes are grouped into different modules by areas of knowledge.
M08 Context
06 ECTS
Throughout history, there has been a constant desire to find methods for the industrialisation and systematisation of architecture. Modulation, repetition, comfort in interior design, clarity of construction and the diagrams that make up spaces have all played a role in this ongoing search for effective beauty that can change the meaning of architectural industrialisation.
M09 Systematisation and Design
06 ECTS
In this module you will learn the methods and tools for systematising and automating the processes involved in the execution of industrialised architecture. It is essential that components are designed and executed with precision and accuracy, and that each component be understood as a technical and creative challenge.
M10 Systems integration
06 ECTS
Each of the components of industrialised architecture requires a detailed study to enable its systematised integration within the whole. Each part of the project is thus analysed independently in terms of its components, and its relationship is configured with respect to the overall project environment.
M11 Management
06 ECTS
In order to have complete control of a project and its time management, planning must be carried out for each and every phase. Likewise, quality control at each stage is absolutely critical for the continuous review and integration of improvements, as is generating productive systems that optimise available resources and guarantee the reduction of product defects.
M12 Company
06 ECTS
Any industrial process must be sustainable and based on the optimisation of economic resources. This module will delve into the concept of economy of scale and the generation of business models that allow entrepreneurial schemes to be developed within the field of industrialised architecture.
MF Final Module
10 ECTS
This module provides an indispensable synthesis tool for accessing the labour market. You will develop a personal portfolio (for those seeking employment), a company portfolio (for those who wish to be self-employed), or a personal, academic or research project, among other possibilities.
Workshops
The programmes focus on hands-on activities taught by professionals in each field.
Studios, companies or experts in each area of knowledge provide students with the opportunity to learn by doing.
Dynamic activities are undertaken as a means of systematising and applying technical knowledge to the development of the different phases of a work activity.
