The communicator and journalist has visited March to share with the students not only his experience, but also his concerns and ideas regarding the development and improvement of the city using communication.

These days, within the framework of module 01_Communicating, students from the different MArch programs have been able to count on the presence of Vicent Molins, cultural facilitator, journalist and director of the Districte communication agency, which develops recreational-cultural projects with the aim of adding value and involving citizens in the development of cities.

The projects he shared take place in Valencia (La Pèrgola, Palau electrònic, Serialparc…), which has allowed the students to contextualise them better and get to know the city to a great extent. In addition, he also explained the approaches they follow to reach the general public and how they organise themselves to carry them out. Likewise, he also emphasised the importance that his team has for their projects, always thinking about activating spaces. He also shared one of his latest projects with Flat Magazine called Benvinguda, which seeks to deal with communication in design studios.

Vicent Molins has a degree in Geography from the University of Valencia. At the same time, he has always been interested in communication and journalism, which has led him to work as a journalist for various media such as CulturPlaza, Guía Hedonista or El Confidencial and, in addition, to set up his own communication agency, Agència Districte. His experience spans a long time despite his youth, as he has been part of groups such as València Vibrant, where several young people met and began to hold public talks to propose new city models, as well as having organised events for years with the aim of revitalising Valencian public space.
