Trip to Oporto

From March 8 to 10, the students are in Porto, a study trip where they have the opportunity to see first-hand works by the Pritzker prize-winners Álvaro Siza and Eduardo Souto de Moura and the Noarq studio, by the architect Zé Carlos Oliveira, as well as the Portuguese studio Correia/Ragazzi.

The students of the MArch postgraduate course in Applied Architecture, the MArch Master in Architecture, Design and Innovation and the MArch Advanced Master in Architecture, Design and Business Administration, will be in Porto from March 8 to 10. They will visit works such as the FAUP and the Piscinas das Marés by Álvaro Siza, as well as the Abade Pedrosa de Siza Municipal Museum in collaboration with Souto de Moura. The Hotel Duas Portas with Luisa Moura, the Casa em Valadares by Correia Ragazzi, and also projects both completed and under construction by Noarq, with Zé Carlos Oliveira.
