The MArch programs delve into product design through Module 06_Graphics and Product. This has led students to collaborate with companies such as Gandía-Blasco or Tres de Copas, creating products that reach the market. In addition, they have been recognized in international competitions. This approach combines history, innovation and connection with the industry, training high-level designers.

Within the MArch Advanced Master in Architecture, Design and Business Administration, the MArch Master in Architecture, Design and Innovation and the MArch Postgraduate in Design and Digital Innovation, different fields of design are explored in depth, highlighting product design among them. The module begins with the Alfaro Hofmann Collection, a unique reference that offers a historical tour narrated by Andrés Alfaro Hofmann, giving students a broad understanding of the evolution and values of design. This initial learning is complemented by the development of experimental projects guided by renowned professionals, such as the Lavernia&Cienfuegos studio, who bring their experience and vision to the creative process.

The practical and professional approach of the program has allowed students not only to acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to collaborate directly with companies, developing products that reach the market. Among the notable cases are the students Cristina Valls and María José Molina, who designed a lamp produced by the Gandía-Blasco company, successfully presented at the Milan Fair 2018. Francisco Mañá, creator of different and innovative wine cellars for the Three of Cups brand, and Valentin Wegenstein and Felix Blais who have personally designed and produced a table lamp called AGAPI for which they have documented the entire manufacturing process. It is a design made entirely by hand from three ceramic pieces that combine rounded volumes creating a distinctive mix of artisanal and sculptural design.

This ability of students to create relevant products is also reflected in their participation in design competitions, where they have achieved important recognition. For example, Ricardo Candela won first prize in the 9th edition of the Gandía-Blasco International Furniture Award in 2015, or Pilar Escobar, who is currently working on a design for Nerinea, scheduled for production in the same year. These cases consolidate the prestige of MArch as a cradle of outstanding talents. Overall, this educational approach combines historical tradition, experimental innovation and links with industry, allowing students to develop a creative and professional profile capable of successfully facing the challenges of contemporary design.
