The Portuguese studio Noarq by Zé Carlos Oliveira has won the competition for the construction of the new bridge that will link Porto and Gaia.
It will allow communication for pedestrians and bicycles and also for the subway. On the Porto side, the bridge will be located very close to the FAUP designed by Siza, and Zé Carlos Oliveira is collaborating closely with Siza for the design of that meeting.
