NIU Houses settles in Madrid with a second exhibition of architecture on a real scale

Living the first-hand experience of how a contemporary property is lived will be possible thanks to the future exhibition of Architecture on a real scale that NIU Houses will carry out in the capital and that will be possible to visit soon. The Gandia Blasco Group flagship will host this presentation today, May 18.

Currently, architecture is considered an element of artistic expression comparable to music or art. Therefore, demonstrating that there is another way of building, far from conventionalism, is the main objective of NIU Houses: the construction of homes designed by the renowned Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio, through systematized processes to achieve greater agility in time, precision and quality in the finishes. A few years ago, living that immersive experience within a full-scale architectural project was practically a utopia. Today it is a tangible reality. Through its second showroom, which will be located in Madrid, NIU will show a set of domestic architectures, fully furnished, so that visitors can have the experience of inhabiting, even momentarily, a contemporary home.

The outdoor furniture of the showroom will be from the Gandia Blasco Group, a brand of international prestige, a pioneer in the creation of contemporary design outdoor environments founded in 1941, where, in addition, the presentation of this project will take place. The flagship, located at C/Ortega y Gasset, 28, has three contemporary design brands, specialized in the design and edition of outdoor furniture, rugs and handmade poufs made in India.
