The work of Andrés Alfaro Hofmann as a collector during the last decades has earned him extensive knowledge in the field of design and, particularly, in product design.

The study of the pieces that he has been acquiring has allowed him to establish links between them and some currently designed, drawing different evolutionary lines from the creative point of view.

All this has been transmitted to our students, showing the links between the designs made by Peter Behrens, Dieter Rams and Jonathan Ive. An evolution that in turn shows a search for good design.
