The Financial Plan sessions, a crucial part of the MBA module within the MArch Advanced Master’s Program in Architecture, Design, and Business Administration, have recently begun.

This module aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business management in the architecture and design sector, enabling them to acquire the necessary skills to successfully manage both the economic and organizational aspects of a professional practice. Through these sessions, students delve into essential topics such as financial management, human resource planning, and the organizational structure of a company — key tools for leading architectural and design projects in a competitive and ever-changing environment.

The sessions are led by Ana de Pablo, a finance expert with a solid educational background and extensive professional experience. Ana holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has a wide-ranging background in the financial sector. Her career spans from the banking industry to her current role at Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, where she serves as the Financial Manager. In this role, Ana oversees all financial operations of the studio and manages economic relations with clients, suppliers, and collaborators, ensuring financial stability and the smooth operation of the company.

Throughout her career, Ana has developed notable experience in negotiation, having successfully participated in various business operations. This has allowed her to refine her skills in both identifying opportunities and resolving conflicts. Her ability to manage business relationships has been essential not only in the private sector but also in her role as a liaison between the MArch postgraduate school and the Universidad Europea, where she has strengthened important strategic partnerships. In addition, Ana shares her knowledge and experience as a professor in finance and human resources management within the MArch Advanced program, offering students a practical and up-to-date perspective at the intersection of architecture, design, and business management. Her strategic approach to developing business plans and creating business strategies provides students with a realistic and applicable vision for tackling the challenges of the professional market.
