In recent days, we had the privilege of welcoming the creative studio Dvein, a benchmark in the field of design and digital innovation.

During their presentation, they shared some of their most outstanding projects with the students of the MArch Advanced Master’s in Architecture, Design and Business Administration, as well as with those from the MArch Master’s in Architecture, Design and Innovation and the MArch Postgraduate Program in Digital Design and Innovation. The session offered an in-depth look at their creative approach, allowing students to understand the methodology this prestigious studio follows in their multidisciplinary projects.

Dvein’s working methodology is based on detailed planning and intense visual exploration from the early stages of a project. They begin their processes by creating storyboards, which help them outline the project’s visual narrative and bridge the gap between initial ideas and their subsequent materialization. From these storyboards, the Dvein team has sometimes designed technical devices that allow them to precisely execute the planned scenes or sequences, with an innovative approach that blends technology and digital art. This way of working ensures that each project is not only functional but also a piece that conveys a unique and impactful experience.

The Dvein studio is made up of two creatives with extensive backgrounds in design and technology. Carlos Pardo, trained in computer engineering, and Teo Guillem, who holds a degree in Fine Arts, are the founders of this studio, which has established itself internationally. Throughout their careers, they have acquired many of the skills and knowledge they apply to their projects in a self-taught manner, enabling them to innovate and tackle design challenges from a unique perspective. Their clients include internationally renowned brands such as Jean-Paul Gaultier, Shiseido, and Delpozo, among many others—an endorsement of their ability to create high-impact visual experiences for global audiences.
