Arquia Foundation Scholarship Results

The Arquia Foundation has already announced the results of the scholarships for its 24th edition, in which candidates opt to carry out internships in some twenty architecture studios from all over Europe and to expand their training in the United States, at the Royal Academy, in various Spanish ministries, on the Ultzama Campus and at the MArch Valencia Graduate School.
The Arquia Foundation, in order to expand and diversify destination centers for the first professional internships of young architects from Spain and Portugal, this year has awarded a total of 50 scholarships. Among the destination centers assigned, 24 scholarships have been awarded in European studies: 4 scholarships in United States studies with the collaboration of Architect-US, 2 scholarships in Fundación Metrópoli; 3 cultural management scholarships (Royal Academy and Reina Sofía Museum, Arquia Foundation); 5 scholarships in Public Administration (MITMA and SEGIPSA); 1 registration for the MArch Postgraduate in Applied Architecture taught by the MArch Architecture and Design School in Valencia, with the collaboration of the Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio; 11 tuition scholarships for summer schools: Campus Ultzama, CASA – Coimbra Architecture Atelier, Summer School of Traditional Architecture organized by INTBAU Spain, Road and RCR Summer Workshop.
The XXIV call for arquia scholarships 2023 ended the period for admission of applications with a total of 444 participants. Among the profiles of the participating people, 46.44% men, 51.47% women; 82% students and 18% graduate architects. In turn, a total of 335 valid registrations were registered, of which 260 participations are per file (79%) and 75 participations per contest (21%).
