Arkoslight x MArch: Visit and Contest

Arkoslight is a leading company in the design and manufacture of lighting fixtures, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation and avant-garde design. Recently, MArch students have had the opportunity to visit their factory and learn about their products first hand.

One of the highlights of Arkoslight is, precisely, the project of its factory, a space designed by the prestigious designer Francesc Rifé. This factory not only represents a high-tech production center, but also an example of contemporary architectural design that reflects the company’s philosophy. Rifé’s work, known for its minimalist elegance and attention to detail, aligns perfectly with Arkoslight’s vision of creating products that are both innovative and visually appealing. Arkoslight’s factory not only optimizes efficiency and productivity, but also provides an inspiring environment for employees, encouraging creativity and the continuous development of new ideas. The space is a combination of functionality and aesthetics, with carefully planned work areas that facilitate the design and manufacturing processes.

Precisely, with this information, and from Arkoslight, the students were asked to develop a small lighting project based on a previous project already executed by the company. Among the exercises carried out by the students, they have recognized those considered best solved with an interesting prize: A Yoru Lamp.
